The obligation to provide an electronic cancellation function (“cancellation button”) will come into force on June 19, 2026, and applies to all shops with online ordering or booking functions that (also) offer goods, services, and/or digital content covered by the consumer's right of withdrawal.
This module provides a freely configurable withdrawal form that complies with the legal requirements from June 19, 2026.
No existing files are overwritten during installation, so installation is very simple and should not cause any problems with future Zen Cart updates.

The module has three administrative interfaces:
* Configuration > Cancellation form for general settings
* Webshop > Create/edit withdrawal form to generate or customize the withdrawal form
* Customers > Withdrawal form dashboard to view the withdrawal forms sent by customers
After submitting the form, customers receive the required confirmation of receipt by email
A copy of the email is also sent to the shop administrator's email address stored in the module.
The sent cancellations are visible in the Zen Cart administration and can be marked as completed.
